    This place has horrible customer service. The teller refers you to customer service people there and then the customer service people refer you to the manager who isn’t available and can’t help you anyway. Waited for a call back from a manager and nothing was resolved. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone. This place is a joke. I switched back to my credit union where I had nothing but exceptional service. I will give up convenience for better service. I should have looked at the reviews for this bank before opening an account here, doesn’t look like they have many good ones.

  • Review of "Members 1st Federal Credit Union" at Mechanicsburg

    Members 1st provided a great auto loan interest rate for me. However, the online experience is poor. The website always tells me that my loan is past due when it has already been paid days before the due date. I understand that there is a lag between payment and the transaction posting. Considering that, I recommend finding a clearer way to communicate regarding "late payments", particularly when automatic payments have already been set up.

  • Review of "The Goddard School" at Mechanicsburg

    I fell in love with this school's curriculum, staff and atmosphere during our tour. The director was very elaborate in explaining their curriculum, policies and philosophy. It was a perfect match. However, after only 2 weeks I did end up moving my child to a school that is much closer to home. The owner was very reasonable and accommodating and welcomed my daughter for the 2 weeks we were able to stay. I was afraid it would feel awkward, but the owner director and teachers were all super friendly and helped my little one adjust in a short period of time. I highly recommend Goddard for those looking for a wonderful school for their little one in this area. A gem!
