I had the worst experience I have ever had with a business. After paying a lot of money and having to chase down my completed taxes that were done incorrectly I was rejected a refund by the owner. My taxes were done incorrectly. My calls were not returned to pick up my taxes. The tax person took forever to complete simple taxes. Tax preparer didn't know what he was doing and did my taxes incorrectly. The owner refused to refund me after wasting my time and not getting what I paid for. I will only use a small local tax company from now on. Any other large company Amazon, Walmart would have refunded me but H&R Block refused.
